2. Handcrafted & Artisanal Variations
Our mirrors incorporate artisanal techniques including violet cast glass, hand-leafed botanical foils, and antiqued brass joints. Because each piece is finished by human artisans, minor nuances in leaf texture, tonal patina, and glass beveling are hallmark traits of authenticity and fine craftsmanship, not manufacturing flaws.
3. Currency, Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on this portal are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable Central and State Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%). Prices are subject to revision prior to order confirmation without prior notice.
4. Structural Safety & Wall Mounting Liability
SHIVORA DESIGN provides professional-grade French cleat brackets and high-strength wall anchors. However, because wall compositions vary widely (brick, concrete, hollow block, wood studs, drywall), the buyer assumes responsibility for ensuring that wall fasteners are installed into structural members capable of supporting the mirror weight. SHIVORA DESIGN shall not be liable for damage resulting from faulty wall anchoring.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or arbitration arising from purchases shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
